Through several weeks of hard work studying I have sucessfully passed the PMP test and earned my certification.
Right now I'm reflecting on what were effective practices during studing.
What I can immediately take away from the whole process is the abosolute importance of a well designed communication plan. I've just taken over planning a promotional event. Little planning was done before I took it over and the effects of poorly planned communication are showing themselves by e-mail taking up copious amounts of my time. After I was able to identify all the skateholders, I was able to create communications plan and documented it in excell. I'm pleased to report that those two steps have taken hours off my e-mail burden.
